If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease utilizing this Site and our dispatch services.

2. Diagnostic Inspections, Scopes of Work & Pricing

Any pricing benchmarks, diagnostic cost ranges, or material estimates published on this website are provided strictly for educational and preliminary budgeting purposes. Official diagnostic findings, binding written scopes of work, and contract pricing are determined solely by the dispatched licensed roofing contractor following a safe physical on-site inspection of your roof and attic framing.

No physical repair work will commence without the property owner's prior review and written approval of an itemized proposal detailing materials, labor rates, and warranty specifications.

3. Florida Construction Lien Law Notice

ACCORDING TO FLORIDA'S CONSTRUCTION LIEN LAW (SECTIONS 713.001-713.37, FLORIDA STATUTES), THOSE WHO WORK ON YOUR PROPERTY OR PROVIDE MATERIALS AND SERVICES AND ARE NOT PAID IN FULL HAVE A RIGHT TO ENFORCE THEIR CLAIM FOR PAYMENT AGAINST YOUR PROPERTY. THIS CLAIM IS KNOWN AS A CONSTRUCTION LIEN. IF YOUR CONTRACTOR OR A SUBCONTRACTOR FAILS TO PAY SUBCONTRACTORS, SUB-SUBCONTRACTORS, OR MATERIAL SUPPLIERS, THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE OWED MONEY MAY LOOK TO YOUR PROPERTY FOR PAYMENT, EVEN IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID YOUR CONTRACTOR IN FULL.

Contractors dispatched through our network adhere strictly to Florida Lien Law requirements, providing Partial and Final Waivers of Lien upon receipt of progress and final payments.

4. Warranties and Workmanship Guarantees

All warranties covering materials, waterproofing integrity, and labor workmanship are issued directly and exclusively by the licensed roofing contractor performing the physical repair. Boca Roof Leak Repair makes no independent representations or express warranties regarding physical roofing performance.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Florida law, Boca Roof Leak Repair, its affiliates, directors, agents, and dispatchers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from roof leaks, structural collapses, electrical damage, mold contamination, or actions executed by independent partner contractors. The property owner agrees that any claims related to physical work shall be directed exclusively to the licensed contractor executing the repair.

6. Governing Law & Exclusive Venue

These Terms of Service are governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to this Site or our dispatch services shall be instituted exclusively in the state courts of competent jurisdiction located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
